iGlobal Forum
The relationship-led platform for the independent sponsor ecosystem
01
The challenge
iGlobal sells something more nuanced than event inventory: access to the right people, the right conversations and the right dealmaking environment. Yet the evidence needed to tell that story for each prospect was scattered across Microsoft 365 email threads, Gong transcripts from phone and video calls, and HubSpot records.
Creating a persuasive proposal meant reconstructing the buyer's world by hand: their objectives, priorities, objections, stakeholders and commercial context—then combining it with all the standard information every iGlobal proposal must include. It was careful, valuable work, but the time involved limited how many opportunities the team could pursue.
02
Our approach
We treated the sales conversation as a living source of intelligence, not a collection of disconnected notes. Voxd designed a unified context layer that brings together correspondence from Microsoft 365, spoken detail from Gong and the full prospect and opportunity history in HubSpot.
The system identifies the themes that matter to that particular buyer—the outcomes they are chasing, the concerns they need resolved and the language they use to describe success. It then maps those signals against iGlobal's proposition so the proposal can make a relevant commercial argument rather than simply repeat a generic pitch.

The solution
The result is a purpose-built proposal application that moves from fragmented sales evidence to a polished, interactive web experience. It assembles a complete opportunity picture, generates the required proposal sections and frames every benefit around the individual prospect's stated needs.
The finished proposal is web based, easy to share and unmistakably iGlobal, with the organisation's visual identity and standard commercial information built in. Crucially, AI never gets the final word: every proposal passes through human review, where the sales team can inspect, refine and approve the narrative before it reaches the prospect. Automation supplies speed and depth; iGlobal's people retain judgement and control.
04
The result
Proposal creation stopped being a bottleneck. With the research, synthesis and first-draft work compressed into a guided workflow, iGlobal can respond while the detail of the conversation is still fresh—and give more qualified opportunities the thoughtful follow-up they deserve.
The team is now sending 48% more proposals. That increased capacity, combined with a message shaped around each buyer, has contributed to a 24% increase in closed deals. Just as importantly, the gain did not come from lowering the bar: every proposal still carries explicit human oversight before publication.
