• WhatsApp-related data: messages you send and receive via WhatsApp, for the sole purpose of automating replies that you configure. We do not access your Facebook organisation or data.
• You provide directly: your contact details, organisation information, or settings you configure in the App.
• Automatically collected: technical data (e.g. device type, browser, usage logs) required to operate and secure the App.
• Cookies/local storage: minimal data to maintain your session and preferences.

How we use your information

• To automate WhatsApp replies according to your settings.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To provide organisation support and communicate with you about service updates.
• To ensure security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
